The Las Vegas Raiders; A Team in Transition

After posting an impressive 14-2 regular season record, and falling to eventual champ, Miami, the Silver and Black knew the offseason was going to be a tough one to navigate.

After watching the departures of Justin Houston, Kirk Cousins, Janoris Jenkins, Eddie Lacy, Daniel DeCastro, Julius Peppers, Jerod Mayo, and losing Martavis Bryant to suspension, along with other smaller losses, everyone was quick to write off the team.

Starting the offseason with only a single 7th round draft pick didn't help their cause either.

They've managed to add a number of picks that's sure to change in the next few weeks, along with Geno Atkins, Mario Addison, Jon Asomoah, Zach Mettenberg, Dorial Green-Beckman, Charles Tillman, and some other depth guys.

There is no doubt whatsoever this team isn't going to be as good in 2016 as they were in 2015, but in a wide open AFC West, I think too many were quick to write them off.

Stay tuned.
