I changed my thinking on this and think we should only use Madden. I understand the criticism with how they grade but it seems like incorporating PFF is a lot of effort for not much impact. In most cases we are talking about a 1 or 2 point grade difference.

I don’t think the grade should apply to multiple positions. For WR or RB, you get receiving and rushing stats as part of update. That should be the value, not the grade.

This was not an option but I would propose to do one round a day but NOT extend the time per pick. I think condensing the time over the course of the day is better for activity. Each team should be given 10 minutes to make picks if we're doing one round per day.
