I'm fine with the early draft but more so have an issue with the Friday start. Why did everyone want to have round 1 on a weekday...? I know some have jobs that allow them to be on the site but why can't we stick with a Saturday start for round 1 when almost everyone doesn't work?

It looks like it's possible so as long as I can draft through safari on my iPhone I should be good.

I'd say moving the 1st to the end of the round for the first offense (don't complete kill a team and get rid of their picks) and even as far as removal from team for the second offense. I may have a shot at a division title in the CFFL only because another team was tanking. I don't think that's fair...
