We want a realistic gm experience but then want to simplify bidding and contracts? Isn't that the point of a gm? Learn to manage your salary cap and play the money games.

I would agree with the QB adjustment issue. I have had games with a max advantage that has not played out. I think this is something to address because those max advantages are things we have done in building our teams to make up for lesser QB play. So if I dont have a QB who throws it 25+ times a ...
