The point is, I probably wouldn't have reconstructed the deals like I did knowing we would have these LTC options.

The main problem I have for now is that if we are basing it on the previous years deal instead of the average over the years than all the guys that have restructured contracts before we decided to do this LTC option are basically screwed because of how high their last year of the deal is. The penalt...

Question about these things. Is the 120% bump based on the last year of the contract or the overall amount spread evenly over the # years on the contract?
