Re: Fantasy
So i made the league, it looks a little something like this... http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/leaguesetup/settings?leagueId=266972 For now, I'd say its for free, mainly because I don't know how many people will want to pay, but a free league can be good too, if people are active, which is why i asked ...

Fantasy
So. I don't know how people feel about this, but I'm thinking about starting a fantasy league on ESPN and wanted to see if anyone on here wanted in on it. I don't quite know what the details would be yet, still trying to figure all that out, but one thing I know for sure, is that it would be an auct...

Re: Possible Basic Cap Structure
i meant the luxury tax, not the cap line, as something that you punish people for going over. since teams go over that in real life, they are taxed, and it affects their profitablility. but since this is all simmed, we dont make money from out attendence. we need to find some kind of hard maximum ca...

Re: Possible Basic Cap Structure
I think the only thing we need is a maximum cap number. because really, we aren't affected by being over the luxary tax, since we can't be taxed, unles troy decides that everyone has to "donate" if they are over the luxary tax threshold. which would be an intereting thing to do.

Re: League Start Up
You'd also have to base it on how the player fits in, especially with the points system. Like if Team X has 1000, but a gapingwhole at SF, and Team Y has 1200, but no holes in the starting lineup, obviously it would be a better idea to sign with the worse team in order to have that place to start an...

Re: League Start Up
Thats not how the mid level works, you don't get one every year. You only get it if you are over the cap, so if at any point, entering the offseason, you are under the cap, then you don't get the exception. if you start under, go over, and then get back under, you still don't get the exception. but ...
