Because it's a different salary to signing bonus ratio. If we can get a similar ratio for free agency then i dont think anyone would have an issue. I think 200% max would be much more realistic.

I agree. The offer needs to exceed the one year tender in total value. We have the tool already as it's used to see if a FA bid exceeds the current bid, so I think it would be easy to put into place.
