Re: 2019 RULES: Sign and Trade
Depending on the current state of a bad team in dire need of assets, waiting a year to trade the player isn’t going to hurt that team trying to rebuild up to a competitive team. Regardless, I would still do it, I’d just wait for the 2nd year and then try to cash in on the draft capital. This will hu...

Re: Off-Season Rules Discussion
Considering the LTC contracts don’t factor in the signing bonus I would lean towards voting it up to the $18 million range. Guys can be signed to a 1 year $30 million contract with the salary only equalling $1 million and the signing bonus equalling $29 million and then the next year sign a 4 year L...

Re: Off-Season Rules Discussion
With the constant increasing cap, the NFL continues to one up itself with contracts, particularly the QB position. I think we need to visit the minimum LTC values again for QBs. Probably something that should be looked into every couple of years to keep up with the NFL. Catching up a bit. I would s...

Re: Week 1 rescheduled game
What about just deferring it to week 11 like the NFL is doing? Guys on bye still get the averages, guys actually playing get the actual numbers and it is ran the same as usual except we will have Miami and Tampa Bay without a week 1 record I'm sure that's what will happen for the MIA/TB teams, but ...

Re: 2016 Off-Season Update
Similar to what Cleveland did with essentially Trading cap space for a draft pick and Osweiler I think we should look into being able to trade the guaranteed portion of our contracts just like they can in the NFL.

Re: PS signings and roster limits
Personally I think this is a non-issue and just something to create more work for Goodell than necessary, also I am sure there was a good reason it was set up the way it was. If I had to guess I would say because not everyone checks in within 48 hours but a in a week most people may log on and choos...

Re: 2016 Off-Season Update
It's not for me, I felt like you were referring all of that to me. However I still feel strongly about this after the first few days of trading in the CFFL.

Re: 2016 Off-Season Update
Starting next year I would suggest it be strongly considered that all new GM's entering the leagues, have a Goodell approved GM to act as a mentor for them through their first offseason and then at season start they can be released to do as they will.
