It's based on already set time slot. So if your time slot is from 1:15 - 1:30, but the guy before you picks at 1:00, then you have 30 mins to make your pick. Time slots don't change just because someone drafts early. Yeah, and also on the other side for a pick if it ended up being posted later... l...

Why is it that the draft clock has been most of the time more than the posted time?

sometimes its 30min or more and then other times its the correct time its been like this the whole draft
