Re: 2017 Off-Season Update
Back to my question way back. What do we do about ties? So if I'm understanding this correctly, the first person to offer 760k a year for 3 years and 100k in signing bonus will be guaranteed that player?

Re: 2018 Free Agency Tweaks
Question!!!
How are we going to settle ties for UDFAs?
Because it is going to happen. I'm over 80 players now, not counting the draft, so if there's a player I really like, I will probably go my whole budget for him.

Re: 2018 Free Agency Tweaks
No. Wave 1 would be money related. If you like a C+ and want to give him B money in Wave 1 to beat everyone to the punch then so be it. Like I said, it brings about more strategy.

Re: 2018 Free Agency Tweaks
Let me start by saying I love this game. It is awesome and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into it. I also appreciate the changes we've made to free agency over the last couple of seasons. I fee it has made the game more realistic. I still think we need to have 2 waves of free agency: Wave ...

Re: 2017 RULES: UDFA Bonus Cap
My feeling is this: we should keep it like it is. It brings about more strategy and gives us more to do here. Plus, if we're going to limit the carryover cap (which I approve of doing), we have to give owners something to spend their money on. It also helps to keep a competitive balance. Good teams ...

Re: 2017 RULES: Carry Over
We can't allow too big of a surplus here. I like 10 million, but that should be it. Some owners here have proven that they will sabotage 2 or 3 season just to finally make a big push. That's not realistic.

Re: PS signings and roster limits
So..........how does this work? I had a player on my practice squad. Another team signed him to an offer sheet. I was waiting until after Sunday to see what role he would play before I decided to match or not. And now the team that signed him to an offer has cut him, making him available for waivers...

Re: UDFA Spending Cap
My first two years here I had over 40 mil in cap space. I couldn't land all the top free agents I wanted (I wasn't going to mess up my cap situation right off the bat), so yeah - if I really wanted a UDFA, I got him. Even if it cost me a mil or more. And I hit on a few - got Thomas Rawls for 600k si...

Re: Prospective GM Wait List
I am interested in the Jets GM job as well. PM sent. I'm one of the most active GMS here. Took Rams in the DFFL from 0-16 to 9-7 in two seasons.

Re: 2016 RULES: Free Agency Adjustments
Or have two waves to free agency. The first would be at the new higher numbers, which would last a week or ten days. Then wave 2 would be similar to what we had before. I think this makes sense and is realistic.
