D-League will be near impossible. From what I understand of that system, each NBA team can only have 2 players from their roster on the team they are affiliated too, but can sign players that aren't with any team at anytime. Can someone confirm this?

To me, mostly just want to make sure players of potentially significant value are covered. So each team being reponsible for adding any players rights they have interested in will cover that. Just didn't want someone like Rubio or some future version of Ginobili or Parker become stars coming back to the NBA to a team that had their rights previously in reality but give our sim teams the shaft and no rights to those players.

If there are players of significance associated with an assigned team, the GM will have some time to research that beyond whatever list we can find/create and let us know before rosters set in stone.
