Looking for someone to help out AFFL Ten. With lack to time available I would appreciate someone to help with the draft.

I told you I would take them off your hand! lol In all seriousness, I'd be happy to lend any advice for this draft if you like some unbias input(Though I'm sure you are probably looking for non-AFFL GMs).

What is your email Royce?

Assuming I won't be handed the Steelers, I can send you my spreadsheet without my personal draftboard. It is at least something.

Oh well. Unless whoever the league picked doesn't work out I guess I'll never know if it is as competitive as some led on.

How about some stats showing the competitiveness of the AFFL:

- 28 teams have made the playoffs at least once in the 10 seasons.
- 19 teams have made the playoffs in the last two seasons (1 more than the NFL)
- 12 teams have made it to the AFFL Bowl.
- 7 teams have won the AFFL Bowl.
- No team has won consecutive AFFL Bowls.
- Only one team has even made it to consecutive AFFL Bowls (San Diego in 2010-12).
- 9 teams have made it to the AFC Championship game.
- 9 teams have made it to the NFC Championship game.
- Each team in the AFC East, AFC North, and NFC East has won its respective division at least once.
- Each team in the AFC South has won its division at least twice.

Parity certainly makes it a stronger league and that sounds like fun, but my comment is more about the notion a GM needs 3-5+ years of experience to compete. I've heard similar things in DMB and OoTP baseball leagues for years and have not once found the longstanding members were significantly better than the newer members with less experience. In fact, I've found new blood is critical because it is difficult for someone to maintain the same level of activity and interest for 10-20 years with all the life changes you go through in your 20's-40's so would argue the opposite can be true often.

Regardless, hopefully the AFFL Steelers are back to where they should be which is on top the AFC North. If it was any other team I wouldn't have thrown my hat into the discussion.
