I was wondering what would be the original round comp on a player that was not drafted?

I asked the same question to the commissioner yesterday. The answer is there is no compensation for a RFA that wasn't drafted.

It is when they were drafted in real-life not in the league. If not drafted in real-life then no comp.

I think it switched him back to original tender when I franchise tagged staley. I just noticed a few hours ago. Made me feel sick. Obviously I wouldn't have left him designated original so I wouldn't get any compensation for one of the best lbs in the game. I guess that's quite the oversight on my part. Happy birthday to me, huh?
