Do you like the idea of "firing" a sim GM?

We're only talking about AFFL and holding just AFFL to a higher standard.
Onyx and Jared are two GMs who have already tanked previous seasons, and would come under fire with these rules in place (potentially).

I think both are great GMs, but it brings down the entire league.

In most leagues there are multiple teams "battling" for that #1 overall pick by losing every single game, when in reality everyone should have some sort of incentive to WIN, game or not.

Its not good for the entire league to continually allow this to happen. Idk if 10 wins is the right answer, but something should be done to keep this from continuing.

Have to agree with sport here. If we keep pushing realism - like we have been rules wise - the GM needs to be included in this. If anyone tanked seasons repeatedly they wouldn't last. One or two seasons may be okay to rebuild but if you can't get to 10 wins after awhile you'd be gone in real life.

I am sorry but it is absolutely no fun or fair to other gms if someone continuely tanks and trades their best players for picks just because the like to draft. Everyone should have to try to win.

I thought I had a decent team this year and still only won 6 games. My division was loaded and I had to fight to get my wins. 10 wins might not seem difficult but sometimes and in certain situations it can be a fight. I just don't like it!

Would this be a constant rolling 3 year windows where it resets itself every year only looking back at the previous 2 years to show you what you need in year 3 to keep team 2013-2021 and always looking at previous 2 years but no real period set or would it be a constant window more like saying you have between 2013-15, 2016-2018, 2019-2021, and be judged at end of each 3 year window in place? I'm just curious how it would be set up

I've been thinking it would be rolling windows. You should be required to have 10 wins in any 3 year period.

So then it still really wouldn't be in effect until the end of 2015 season anyways assuming? Since the rule never existed before there could be moves people have made previously that they wouldn't do now, had they known about rule?

Yes. I think if we implement it now, no one could possibly be removed until after the 2015 season.

I also would suggest (I think I've suggested this before) that any GM that is removed from the AFFL is placed at the top of the list for a team in one of the other leagues. That way they can keep playing the game, they would just be required to be in a different league.

That's what I would vote for. I'd rather not see it in the CFFL or DFFL just because so many new GMs come in, and though we try to manipulate the NFL we still do something's differently, as well as some GMs inherent just awful awful teams

First of all I have never TANKED a season away plain and simple. Did i have alot of FA contracts come up that I could not keep yes, but to say I was tanking to get a better pick is pretty short sited when i didn't even have my own first round pick that year...this has nothing to do with me period.

This has to do with a fun game and I feel no way should a person who is being active all the time have his team taken away from him.
