Waiver Question

Post by JonC »

For waiver claims here, is it an automated system or one that you have to update manually, Commish? Also, are waiver claims posted in the league transaction feed? Just making sure I have ducks in a row for the upcoming roster turnover!

It's something that I see in an admin area for site management, where once the time is up administrative actions are activated for me to choose for the transaction (either sending to free agency if no claims or a team's practice squad, showing a list of teams who claimed to select the roster to send them to, etc.).

So it's semi-automated in some ways but requires a management review to click final result. I try to look at those daily especially on busy times of the year.

That sounds like the sort of task that could be delegated to a team of moderators. Just a thought.
