Our sim week 1 has been posted.
Depth charts are unlocked. Please check your depth chart for the new season and make sure you have it set as you want it.
Week 1 is always the busiest (especially this year as we dealt with moving servers and the issues with that with some programs I still had to update for regular season simulations now that it's time for that), but we'll try to do our sim games as early as possible each week after the NFL games in order to keep depth charts unlocked as much as we can throughout the week to allow changes and trades in the early season. Would like to sim Tuesdays or Wednesday each week for the first half of the season. Once we get past the trade deadline, that doesn't matter as much with transactions more limited for the second half of the season.
Depth charts will be locked again Sunday morning once NFL games start. Players from Thursday night matchups will be locked in place once that game gets going, as team cannot change their depth chart here after the fact already knowing the results of player games. But you can make trades all week until Sunday mornings and update depth chart for all other players.

Week 4 simmed. Busy week for me, as now that we're through the first month some changes happen. Players who are not on NFL rosters now after month into the season have their summer grade discounted. Those would be updated again, of course, once they are back in the league on teams where their grades get updated again. Speaking of updated grades, we voted to do things a little different this year with Madden grades mixed with players with higher PFF grades getting a boost and updating those all once every 4 weeks. So there will be some changes to various grades this week before the next simmed games.
Now that we're into October, it's about a month until the trade deadline. Ours is the same week as the NFL deadline in early November. So if you're looking to deal, do it before then. And update your depth charts after roster transactions.

Week 5 is simmed! Note that there are a handful of bye teams next week. If your team has a game, but you have one of those players on bye, remember that you don't have to bench them like you might in fantasy football. Players on byes will get an averaged game so they keep playing for your team here.

Week 7 is simmed. Plan to sim as early as I can next week ahead of the trade deadline. NFL trade deadline is 11/2, ours is at the end of that week on 11/7.
