Quick Questions.

Post by sillegrant »

I am not sure where I should post this, but I imagine this makes the most sense? If not, I apologize in advance. I read the rules and have some questions, the answers to which are not immediately obvious and I'm sorry if they are.

How many years qualify as a LTC?

What if you sign a RFA and don't have the draft pick that was tendered. Picks are rewarded and determined manually then?

Can you Front/Back Load contracts?

Can Cash be included in trades?

Thanks in advance for your time. Happy Managing.

LTC's can be anywhere from 1-5 years.

Cash can't be included in trades.

I'll let others who know more answer the rest.

You can back load a contract. There is an option next to years on the page to offer a contract

If the comp is a 2nd round pick and you dont have one I believe you lose your first (not positive)

Yes, a LTC is like an extension. For every year you sign the player to there is a signing bonus based on the yearly salary which gradually increases to 200 % of a yearly salary.
