LTC NoTrade question

Post by Jared A »

So, in CFFL I just LTC'd Rodney Hudson. I understand that there's a 1 year NTC.

Is the "1 year"... a calendar year? 1 annual pay period? 1 season?

This is week 5.... could I trade him next year on week 6?

If I had LTC'd him on June 1st.... could I have traded him in March?

I'm just curious how exactly it works. Thanks!

It's one season. Once this season ends after the Super Bowl, everything is reset for the new league year. All no-trade designations are cleared out after the season ends. The new league year starts with no players having a no-trade until a contract with that is signed for that season.
