Grade boosts

This week, in AFFL, GB is playing CIN... with Vick having had a poor game, I was wondering how exactly the grade boosts work.
My WR + OL = 14.5
His F7 + Sec = 11.4
Difference of 3.1, and it seems like 1.5 got a 15% boost and another TD added.
The difference in OL vs. F7 is 1.9... I was wondering what the boost max for RB's is.
