With Chad on board in AFFL the neighborhood is really going to hell.

Hated to do this, but it's been nearly 3 months without login and unable to reach him in any of the listed channels. Taking over CFFL Indy is Zapotek. Higher on the wait list than some other candidates and has been active posting and logging in frequently already to follow activity.
May or may not have other openings, but everybody else has at least signed-in, so we'll see from there.
I'm going to give it a little more time, but possibly we'd also make Giants in AFFL open. I think we'll stick with established GMs getting new teams in AFFL. I know some have mentioned interest in AFFL before, but send me a new PM now. We may do something like a secret poll amongst the candidates for entry there.

I understand waiting a bit on Giants, but really need to at very least have a stand in GM. As he's going to lose top notch FA's such as D.Harris. Is it possible to have a none AFFL GM fill in for the FA period? Then if Andrew doesn't return, then at least new GM won't be totally hosed. I'm surprised Andrew hasn't came back, but it looks more and more that he might be gone for good.

Re: Open Teams - New GMs for 2011
I did notice that bid for Harris. Already have a short-list of GM candidates who PM'd me, and more welcome to. We'll have more announcements on that in the AFFL forum, and a GM able to act before top players lost.soonertf wrote:I understand waiting a bit on Giants, but really need to at very least have a stand in GM.
